Applications
The HEPA Cassette Filter can provide instant high
HEPA quality clean air to a particular location.
The HEPA Filter part of the cassette is sealed into the integral
casing with an integral inlet spigot, such that no air can by pass
the filter element, eradicating that weak leak in the conventional
Terminal Housing of the Gasket seal between HEPA and frame, which
can start to leak immediately after proving it using the in-situ
leak test.
HEPA Cassette Filters can also be used effectively
to provide a clean air zone over a work bench, effectively offering
a Laminar Flow Cabinet at a very reduced cost.
Description
The HEPA Cassette Filter uses an aluminium casing
with spigot and the conventional HEPA filter.
The air off face of the Cassette Filter can be of a knife edge design
which will sit over a plastic egg crate grille, or can accommodate
a white expanded powder coated steel grille, with a flanged face.
Each Airclean HEPA Cassette Air filter and casing
are individually DOP Scan Tested after manufacture to ensure conformity.
