PM10, and PM2.5, Odours, Fumes and VOCs

  • For the filtration of Particulates (PM10 and PM2.5) and Gases and Odours including VOCs within both commercial and DIY workshop environments.
  • Recirculates air within the workshop to “clean down” dust and odour build up.
  • Easy Set Up
  • The unit incorporates air filters that the user can change and maintain as required.
  • User Speed Controllable allowing for trickle and boost settings.

Applications

The Workshop Air Filtration System offers a complete solution for the filtration of fine air-borne dust particles cutting and sanding processes common in domestic and commercial workshops by utilising PM10 and PM2.5 air filters (G4 and F7 to EN779).

A second version that includes Activated Carbon Filters is also available for the additional reduction of odours and VOCs which may occur from paints and other cleaning chemicals commonly used in a workshop environment.

The Workshop Air Filtration System is designed to be placed on a shelf or suspended in the workshop where it can draw in dust and fume laden air, before filtering and returning the clean air to atmosphere.

Particulate Matter Filtration (PM10 and PM2.5)

PM10 (G4 to EN779) and PM2.5 (F7 to EN779) Particulate air filters are included within the Workshop Air Filtration System to remove fine particulates at efficiencies above 80%.

Activated Carbon Filters (Optional)

Activated Carbon Filters can remove odours and organic gases such as VOCs to a high efficiency, but can still be overwhelmed where high concentrations of odours and fumes are present. We use a high quantity of Activated Carbon in our products offering good results in workshop environments. For specific odour / fume removal information please contact the technical team.

This system is not designed as LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation), and consideration to ventilation requirements must be made to ensure the operators safety when working with all materials in a workshop.

Installation Options

Air Re-Circulation – The Workshop Air Filtration System can simply be installed as a plug and play recirculation air purifier in any room. When switched on the unit will draw in air, filter out pollutants including particulates (PM10 and PM2.5) and gases and push the clean filtered air back into the room. Air Re-Circulation systems will be supplied with Single Deflector Grilles on both ends.

*Boost Airflows assume a 30Pa Max External Resistance. Gas Filter Performance will decrease at Boost Airflow, for optimum gas filtration efficiencies systems must be designed at Rated Airflow. Noise levels are significantly raised at Boost Airflows.
